Thanks for raising such an important issue. Unfortunately many people hardly consider this aspect while purchasing a new car. I had TATA NANO CNG with 4 years warranty and in those four years I had to replace many parts including whole condensor and evaporator unit of AC, front suspension unit, sensors etc. but luckily as everything was covered under warranty I had to only pay for labour charges.

At time of purchase Triber RXZ on March 2020 they have given me the total price of the car including extended warranty. That time I told them why I will pay you money before 2 years ago in the name of extended warranty and also told them I will think about this matter after two years. After that they had given me new price of the car with out extended warranty. I purchased the car 16.03.2020 and got delivery on 10.06.2020 due to lockdown.

Amit Ji, your are 200% correct on this, but unfortunately there is a big nexus between car manufacture, dealer insurance vendor and ofcourse our system. to make our mango people a money machine. For exp We decided a car to purchase but it has 2 yrs. Warranty and they refused to increase the warranty then what you will do ? Almost all cars having that 2 or 3 years of normal warranty then ? That's why I used the word Mango People, means we dont have any rights with us to change the bloody process.

I knew of this long ago when I bought my alto K10 in 2018. I was offered "extended warranty" for almost Rs 8000/-. Imagine Rs 8000 on a 4 lakh car! First question I asked what does it cover? Salesman says engine gerabox and a few other things. NOT ENTIRE CAR. I asked the guy to forget it and suck it in Malayalam! So sir ji excellent video! Better maintain your car and pay when need be. No other option for the poor Indian car consumer.

My first servicing due date is September 18 2021 .In our locality from I. e the dealer I purchased my car they told me that the service camp will be organized on 25th September. My car only ran 1300Kms. Nearest service centre is 250 Kms from our town. The 1st service according to manual is 2000km or two months which comes earlier If I have any problems on warranty in future if I will do service on 25th..
