A lot of people complain about itching with new locs. I think it's because your scalp is used to being manipulated when it is loose vs not as much being done (especially with microlocs). Also make sure your witch hazel doesn't contain alcohol because that will dry your scalp out. Good luck on your journey. They are beautiful!

Thank you so much! I definitely being having less of a itchy scalp since I started using witch hazel. I am thinking about changing it though to see what else is out there.

Rose water helped me. Spray directly on scalp and locs
