I loveddd this!! A level Bio really kicked in for the geography question, all I could think about was how saltation kinda sounds like saltatory and therefore the pebbles must bounce along the river bed like the a action potentials jump from one node of ranvier to another in a myelinated neurone 🤣 - Quite possibly the only thing that really stuck with me during remote learning but we be celebrating the small wins at this point🤦‍♀️😅

According to Collins dictionary (www.collinsdictionary.com/amp/english/meme) a meme is - An image or video that is spread widely on the internet, often altered by internet users for humorous effect. It does not state that the humorous effect is directed at the person in the actual video. The meme used was very clearly in reference to the fact that Mo said ‘breakfast’, just like the person is doing so in the short clip right after. Every meme that we use or will use in our videos will always be with the intent of making fun of OURSELVES and those actually PARTICIPATING IN THE VIDEO for comical purposes. We always go the extra mile to make sure none of our memes are disrespecting anyone and our video does not/ has never/ and will never mock/disrespect anyone. We have not used this meme to mock those with down syndrome and the double standard with in your suggestion is discriminatory in itself. We acknowledge your comment and that particular section has now been removed.

@@LydieandHazal that’s fine and I appreciate it, but the intent of the original ‘meme’ was genuinely made by that person to offend people with Down syndrome. i get it was a joke but maybe think more about how people with disabilities suffer discrimination every day, and it’s one of the most common forms of discrimination (ableism), and many youtubers (yourselves NOT included) push it under the rug im glad you removed it but it was still upsetting to see this from people I look up to
