Ask the home improvement scammers if the warranty covers tribble infestations. A scammer told me today that they cover that, but I couldn't get a price quote.

I have a land line number i never give out to anyone, yet i get scam calls all the time. Therefore, the telecom provider must be the one who sold the number to scammers.

That's a possibility. I think it's more likely that one scammer "company" found your number through some kind of public records search or maybe a data breach, and then they sold it to other scammers, who sold it to other scammers, and so on.
