I saw them in Hollywood and St. Augustine FL while they were on tour with ADTR and lemme just say, I wasn't into AA at all prior to seeing them live and after i saw them those 2 nights i was blown away. fyi, Why doesn't danny scream anymore or scream a little more than before? because danny vocal cords had been damaged and danny was starting to cut it down a bit and be mature enough to make music. And if you watch the live at Brixton and it's been released on DVD, Danny is in pain with his voice during the live, says Ben Bruce. so with that AA pals did danny as a great musician, he has a great voice not just screaming like that but 80s rock. That vision of AA, AA genre 80s Rock music.

I understand your frustration because they act as if it's not a Danny vocal thing, they act like they've matured musically & are above there previous work which is bullshit because an artist is proud of all the great music they've released. So I get not liking that they ignore they're back catalogue but at the same time-i've seen a few of the sets on this tour and I'll give Danny alot of credit on it; he gave it everything he had & sounded great. Even did the low screams on "into the fire" as well as I've heard him do them. So its not all bad. It's still a killer set

I only disagree with the fact that they've moved on musically and that performing those songs is a sign of a bad time in there lives as u put it; bands never forget the songs that made them and are always fond of them. Fact is Danny can't scream for extended periods of time anymore like is needed in songs like killing you, a prophecy, if you can't ride 2 horses, last episode etc. He just can't; so they've adjusted musically 2 his ability-and they should just say it and not piss the fans off with lame explanations. Because it's okay; the real reason is fine because they still put on a killer set

Obviously we all miss hearing songs off of R&R and SUAS live but even as a day 1 fan I must admit they sound bangin here. Danny's vocals are on point, some of his best live vocals to date in my opinion. Ben's leads add a lot to the live sound and the whole band just has such high energy that it's so enjoyable to watch.
