Who chose the bounties on the teams? Some make sense but others are like ok 🤔

It says in the video that these numbers are for illustration perposes only.. In real event there will be 32 teams..first half( first 16 aka best 16 in the world in 2025) get bounties 1-4 teams 60k, 5-8 30k, 9-12 20k aand 13-16 15k. 17-32 are the teams that pick who are thay gonna fight best teams for big money or weaker team for less.. This way new team can kick out big team and send them home and now they have big bountie on their heads. This way they need to calculate what to do to stay in.
