Well times have changed mam to be honest. What you were taught in your generation of not opening doors to strangers is long gone because this is no different than being on the internet. I was taught that growing up and after experiencing everything up to now you're actually setting them up for not being successful in life not only not answering doors but also what kind of world we live in. Just train them to be able handle it and they will be better off than not opening doors as this also teaches other bad habits you may not be aware of in terms of success.

There are a few tarot readers on here who are probably millionaires. I did think that every time one of the women said 'interior designer' (honestly that's such an ex housewife job, it's a diploma you get in six months when your children are grown lol) or 'radiologist' (can't remember if it was in this video or another compilation, but a radiologist is basically a glorified nurse, you def won't become a millionaire doing that) and other jobs that imho are maybe middle-class but def not millionaire status

All these people came from wealth as well 😂 just because they are old doesn’t mean they didn’t inherit their business/ monet

America has this myth that we are all rich people that just haven’t unlocked it yet. In reality, wealth builds wealth, and jumping from even middle class into high class is pretty uncommon. That leap usually involves (1) some sort of circumstantial privilege, (2) having/taking an idea/talent, (3) serendipity. These were nice homes, but they didn’t belong to mega-wealthy people. Mega wealth doesn’t just come from hard work, that is, it isn’t that *anyone* that works hard enough will become mega wealthy. Most of the 0.01% wealthiest people in this country actually work in finance.. meaning they know exactly how to make money off of money. Having money to start with is the surest way to make money.
@fixthatface4833 жыл бұрын
And they most likely received inheritances, trust funds, or financial help from their families to get to where they are. Or they could’ve already come from wealth. Just “working hard” is a myth. Hard work doesn’t reward everyone.

It's cool these folks aren't telling you to not post their homes, since you're on private property. They all seem decent about the whole thing and they should be proud of what they've accomplished..

Yeah maybe you should have their "kind" attitude instead of saying you'd be the opposite. If more people were kind like them the world would be a better place
@avalerie4467 Жыл бұрын
@@MsVicki73 no doubt! Kindness is needed. For me though, if i had property, those boundaries would mean something. A friendly ' woohoo' from a distance allowing me to know and grant the visitor access to my property, is simple common courtesy. Also, sadly lacking in today's generation All i was saying. Good fences make good neighbors, and all that.

It might be good to tone down your knocking… 5-6 knocks seems a bit intense, 3 knocks or 4 at the most, would feel more polite. Thank you for sharing these! Take a lot of courage to go up to houses and ask this if strangers!
