You know what would be amazing Aaron? I think those people have much more stories to tell. So maybe you could not just knock and ask what they do for a living, but you could ask them for an interview about how they became successful. There is so much to learn from these people and I am sure that they are not usually on camera, so they'd be surely flattered (at least some of them). Think about it - some of these people really look like they WANT to tell you their story but then you already leave. You could just introduce yourself and ask them if they were up for an interview about how they became successful.
