Hi guys, thanks for claryfing Dian! my airbnb properties are based in belgium same as my graphic design company so im tax based there :) How i manage the airbnbs, i got a flexible cleaning team that helps me get the places nice and neat. the guests will do self checkin. and i still do the communication myself.
