What about asking "how far (distance)" and "how long (time)" ? What's the best way to ask "How far is the hospital?" Maybe 去医院有多远? or maybe 去医院有多长的路? How should we ask "How long does it take to walk to the hospital?" Maybe 走路去医院需要多长时间? or maybe 走路去医院需要多久?

Yes, you are right. how far (distance):多远？ how long (time)：多久？ How far is the hospital： 到医院有多远？ How long does it take to walk to the hospital：走到医院得多久？or 走到医院要多久？（"需要" is a little bit formal.）

Hahahhaha zhong guo ren speak very fast said Laoshi ¡TRUE! and also so many words in chinese so similar to others words, sometimes impossible to understand :-) BIG EFORT for a spanish speaker to learn , but I fall in love with this very dificult language.

The exercise at the end where we had to listen to the directions was very good practical exercise to test what we had just learned. If all lessons have this application part it would be very useful for us learners. Only suggestion is to remove the English translation at the end test, so we rely on our understanding to figure it out.
