Asking Hunter Board Technical Questions! Esk8Con 2022 Interview

In this video, I've put together the interview that I did with Hunter Board, at Esk8Con 2022. I had a really great time talking to Miguel about this incredible piece of engineering. The Hunter Board is definitely one of the most unique electric skateboards to release in recent history, and after talking to the team, I really wish them the best of luck. Hunter Board is a group of really cool guys and they seem to be really passionate about their product.
Hunter Board features almost fully-aluminum construction, independent suspension, custom hub motors, and a replaceable battery. I'd love to get one on the channel soon to do a full review, as I didn't get a chance to ride it at Esk8Con. I've talked to the team about it, and I think we can make it happen, but I'll need to communicate some more to figure it out fully.
Took me a long time to subtitle this video, but I thought it would be worth it since the audio quality at the event was very hard to sort through, and I didn't want to miss any of the awesome information that Miguel was sharing. Let me know if it was helpful!

I been talkin with em for weeks on IG, yet didnt get to demo it. lol. i didnt wanna take it on the track, and just so much was going on. I shoulda brought it in the parkin lot like i did with the metro x22.. good stuff dude ✌🏼🤙🏼

I actually run the hardest urethane option with my loaded hub motors for this reason, cool video

This has to be the most innovative e board I've ever seen, so many things different from the competition, congrats hunter boards! Hopefully they can make it lower to the ground for better high speed stability, I can't go back to a normal stance board after using the landyachtz evo

It's definitely one of the most interesting and innovative I've seen in a while. I think their main challenge will be finding the right customers for it, at the price point it's at now, it's pretty far above what we'd consider solid boards today. It does seem really high but hey, I guess you've got lots of ground clearance and room for the suspension to travel.

@@in-vision652 Yeah that's quite a bit! I think with such a flat deck real offroading might be hard, but at least street rubble and potholes will be less harsh

Really nice board. Tons of hours was invest to this board. Thanks for this video. I'm expecting where else can be this development pushed. Maybe drop down deck could be cool.

Unfortunately, my experience has not be the greatest. I do have to warn customers that even though the board looks great, after placing an order almost a year and a half ago, I have never received It. With tens of emails of communication with Hunterbord team, my order has been cancelled as the boards are simply not sent to the clients. I would probably go for an alternative board out there at this point unless you want to wait for two years until you get yours.

Definitely. It's quite the work of engineering. I would be concerned about the longevity of certain parts and serviceability if I were to own one
