A whole mba in one video. 1) Be customer obsessed. 2) Be employees obsessed. 3) Take care of 1 and 2 to take care of your stakeholders. 4) Invest in people to run your businesses. Split profits 50/50 with them but do 5% of the work. “Passive income”. 5) Concentration builds wealth, Diversification keeps it. 6) Spend half of what you earn, keeping the rest ready for investment opportunities. 7) Scaling requires getting enough infrastructure to grow. You need more people, more technology, more sales, more marketing, more commercialization of the product, then you need to make it a industry utility - so everyone who is not using it is at a disadvantage. 8) To become an executive, you have to be focused on helping others succeed. Thank you to the interviewer and team and thank you Dallas!

If you wanna be successful, you must take responsibility for your emotions, not place the blame on others. In addition to making you feel more guilty about your faults, pointing the finger at others will only serve to increase your sense of personal accountability. There's always a risk in every investment, yet people still invest and succeed. You must look outward if you wanna be successful in life...
The first step to successful investing is figuring out your goals and risk tolerance either on your own or with the help of a financial professional but is very advisable you make use of a professional

But the advice is pretty useless. The chances of you becoming a millionaire off a self startup is extremely slim now. Like with frito, he didn’t have any competition when he started his chip business. So it was pretty easy to build a consumer base. Nowadays, not only are cities and towns overpopulated, but you’re not just competing with locals. You’re now competing with endless amounts of others connected through the internet. So now the next chip startup, his local consumer base is being fed thousands of ads every time they go online. Their version of the American dream is dead. The best advice I heard was the guy talking about investments. Invest in someone else who’s lined up and in a better position. Someone who was born in a place where the consumer base is confined to locality. Or people who were born into generational wealth and grew up with the connections of people who put them in a better position to grow their company…

Notes for myself - 1. be consumer obsessed and try your best to understand your customer which includes looking at trends etc. 2. as the CEO understand the people that work for the company and make them feel important in your company, understand the culture of the company. 3. invest in companies - especially in tech and drug development 4. have a team to get far. 5. be a master delegator, do not be a control freak. If you find someone that can do it better than you give it to them. 6. concentration builds wealth and diversification builds it. First concentrate on one thing and build it and then also reach your focus to diversifying. 7. spend half of what you make (or less) there could always be something you could invest in. Always keep enough cash on the side. 8. you need to make the product and industry utility - something that would mean that if someone was not using it they would be at a disadvantage.

New or existing lnvestors that wants to get so rich just need to learn how to diversify their investment portfolio. Like spread your investments across different asset classes to manage risk. Then with growth strategy, focus on capital appreciation through high-risk, high-reward assets. With Income-oriented strategies, target regular income from dividend stocks or bonds. Works like magic! If you have a landlord and your business grows then your rent will also go up. Steven Williams is such a humble guy! (First guy he interviewed) Super cool to talk to him in person and learn about his success.

Also, remember there are different KINDS of wealth; not just monetary. Be GRATEFUL every night for what you DO have, and the universe LISTENS and rewards you with MORE. (like my CAPS? My books are like that, too. ;) )

This is one of the most wholesome, insightful and profitable Video i‘ve seen in a long time so far - The fact all these people were opening up to the questions and sharing their experience and opinions - straight up Amazing! 💯🙌🏽 For me it was the Sun Spa owner, that‘s been the most catching for me. His advice, his way of speech and his appearance combined with kinda humbleness somehow, i also liked his green polo, it looks fire 😂🔥
