Whenever there is a sex scene and I'm watching it with either of my parents . I start rooting on the actors/actresses on the screen saying out loud things like " Wax that ass ! " " Hit that sh#t bro ! " honestly I use immediate humor to quickly bury the uncomfortable silence in the room . My mother will just give me a sideeye look and my dad might give me a little smirk . But they already know how I am lol so none of this even phase them . Sexual things just don't really bother us . Sex is normal guys lol get used to it

Lol my mother told me I would never get a boyfriend once. And it was only one time. I still remember it. I had really bad acne, and in hindsight I knew it was pretty disgusting, and I wasn't really pretty or anything, but I was like 12 and I wasn't really thinking about getting a boyfriend anyway because I was focused on studying and extra curricular activities that made me happy, so I had a "low-self esteem" that I could ignore because it wasn't relevant to what made me happy at the time. But I realized it still mattered when someone points it out because I almost started crying in the car after she said that and I couldn't believe she said it. I still remember it from time to time and I still feel mild disgust that my own mother would say that to me.

Yeah, definitely, I might even respect that more. I was unplanned, my mother had me when she was 20 and in college and now that I’m 23 I completely respect the fact she went on with it and still managed to get through college with straight A’s and work. It’s more impressive that people can still raise kids successfully if they’re not prepared for it. What matters the most is if they love you or consider you a burden after they have you unplanned, that’s the real issue.
