Might as well take a crack at it. I’m a Tech Sales Manager, sometimes called Business Development Manager (depending on the company). I make over 300k a year. The way I got into it was working in other sales positions ie retail sales, auto sales, etc. What’s needed to work ethic, friendly demeanor, the ability to understand who you are selling to and why, and the ability to take rejection (it will happen). No degree needed unless you want to me a manager but experience can make up for that. The income is limitless.

Speak trough your actions and appearance, achievements bring more respect than smooth talk because they present you as a person of action and determination. Learn to understand the subliminal talk behind the persona of people. Most of our reactions are automatic. Look people in their eyes when you are listening to them to connect with their emotional state and make them comfortable giving you information based on different situations and positions of power. Demand excellence for yourself and test people for range of character by giving them respect and opportunity to act on the best part of themselves while sharing mutual interest. People need to show their teeth to you only once , soon as you know that they are considered or scheming to attack you in a non sportlike or buisness competative way. Or worse physically ( immediate black card ) Never reconsider them as ally again. Recognize that subconsciously and consciously people act from point a to point be and while specific goal or reason isnt required the direction is always present , be aware of that when engaging in harmless banter or small talk. Do not depend on anybody yet get a strong circle of support that exchanges favors and work together on projects. Man sharpens man after all and one haves limited energy and limited ability to move around the board , so much more can be done as a team. A mastery balance of transparency

The biggest takeaway is that people can only give you advice based on their reality and results. If they say 200k-300k is the upper limit in their line of work, it is because that is what THEY have been able to achieve with their skillset and level of resourcefulness.

We are already in the big crash , inflation is a catastrophe. This CPI report is a colossal failure. To bring the housing market to a halt,the FED will have to pull all the stops . The unfortunate issues is that the other market are being decimated. If you want to stay green ,you have to rely on a lot of diversification. Currently up 15% and being carful. Still a better deal than leaving it in a savings or checking account yielding 0-1 percent interest.

That's a pretty carved out path; everyone knows it takes years to get the degree, plus a lot of hours at a hospital, conventions, etc, etc. I'd say that for a career path like that, if you aren't doing it for the love of the art, then you'll be quick to find out that the level of responsibility does not match the salary, unless you specialize in some form of plastic surgery.
