I’ve noticed this about myself and I’m not sure it’s a good thing. I’m the kind of person who admires from afar and I feel like guys my age (13) are too immature for my interest. Last October, I fell really hard for my crush, but tried to hide it because I wasn’t going to act on it. When he got a girlfriend, I was devastated and it turned out EVERYONE KNEW I likes him. That was the worst part. I’ve gotten over him but, ever since then I feel like I’ve been afraid to have or accept having a crush on someone. Sometimes I’ll go out with my girlfriends to the beach or something and (they are total catches) they will flirt and stuff but even with the stuff I learn on this channel I still don’t feel comfortable with the concept. I’m in-between the two categories of people falling for me and falling for other people! I’ve had these 4 guys either ask me out (3/4 of them have) and then MY CRUSH THE ONE LEFT told me he had a crush on me for 2 YEARS. We crushed on each other at the same time and we have those awkward pauses but I love them because then you just have a brief moment to smile and look in their eyes. It’s too bad we didn’t confess to each other before that, but feelings don’t just turn off right away, and we are best friends so I feel like he is still at least a little interested in me :) I’ll just have to see when we go back to school next week!
