Thank you for this informative video. Regarding the work history section under "Intended Work in Canada," I wanted to clarify the question: "Do you have a job offer in Canada?" This should only be answered as "Yes" if the job offer includes an LMIA. If someone has a job offer that does not include an LMIA, the correct answer should be "No."

Its a good video, but you should have shown the dates atleast in the personal history and address history section instead of blurring them. The format would gave clarified many of my doubts. Wanted to know if a week of gap is acceptable?

Thank you for the detailed video, my school and college marks sheet has my first name and initial, whereas my passport and all the documents in Canada is in first name and last name. In this case should I include affidavit in LOE?

Hi since you are already in Canada, yes affidavit showing both names and date of birth match will make it clear. Add this to LOE. Not an issue. I have personally done for some other situation.

Should we also include travel history for Canada? I initially came to Canada for work, took a short trip to the US, and then returned to Canada. Would this travel history to Canada need to be included? Since I haven't left Canada since then, should it be marked as ongoing?

Hi it has been sometime since I made this video. I need to revisit, there is no harm in including the travel detail outside Canada is what my logic says.

Very informative video. I appreciate it. Quick confirmation, I received my ITA last week. Received PNP nomination. When I apply my permanent resident now, should I submit my medical? Or is it not mandatory. Yes, I saw you said its not needed now, but still would like to get the details.

IRCC will let you know when to submit medical. You can fill application as it is and get medical done when asked for

Hi Krishna Thank you for such an informative and detailed video. I have a question regarding my travel history, I came to Canada on a Study permit from India, and then I visited India for a few days via the US, and came back via US to Canada, no other travels apart from this. So, I will need to mention only details about travel via the US or I need to mention Travel to and from Canada/ India too for this trip?
@canadatriedandtestedoriginal3 ай бұрын
You're welcome! For your citizenship application, you need to mention **all** details about your travel, including: 1. **Travel to and from India**: Since you left Canada to visit India and returned, you must include the dates you left and re-entered Canada. 2. **Transits through the U.S.**: Even though you traveled via the U.S., this should also be recorded since it involves crossing international borders. In short, list both the travel to/from Canada and India, as well as the fact that you passed through the U.S. during your trip. This ensures your physical presence calculation is accurate.

If we don't receive our PCC on time, can we submit the file with letter of explanation and screenshot of status and send PCC later through web form. What are the chances of rejection?
@canadatriedandtestedoriginal3 ай бұрын
I am no expert, In our case we did not have valid passport and did write letter of explanation which allowed us to submit later when we got it, it delayed the process a bit but was accepted and got process done. Hope this info helps.

@canadatriedandtested91133 ай бұрын
@@harmankaur1103 well as far as I personally know, if spouse is unaccompanying, a PCC is not required for them, but if they are accompanying, it is mandatory. I would suggest check with few others. Is it agent or a IRCC licensed immigration consultant? Please check with someone who has done it may be you can drop in social forum to check.

@@canadatriedandtestedoriginal left the video in between and found another. Dont know if you can answer this but can we delete /move past experience after ITA Note it doesnt effect CRS score because those are old companies and very difficult to get hold of them.
