Wow. I’m shocked how many documents needed to prove work history. My managers (CEOs) are no longer working for those companies. I have no idea of their new phone number as they used corporate ones, nor can I get reference letters from them. I thought the state-issued “labour book” I have (where all my work positions/companies/period are stated,signed + stamped by the employers) would be enough. Hello! It was a very informative video! I have recently received an ITA and I have three doubts. 1. I arrived in Canada in 2021 as a student and I had done my medicals for my study visa in 2021. Do I need to do my medicals again for the PR application? Can I submit my old medical report with an IME number in my PR application? 2. To show enough proof of funds, can my husband transfer funds in my Canadian bank account as a gift deed? 3. I do not have IELTS TRF document. Is it mandatory to upload TRF? Hi Kubeir, I have some questions : Thanks in advance 1- In NBPNP Skilled workers stream, it says you don’t need to show a work experience to apply if you have a graduation at least 1 year public college in New Brunswick. I studied in a public college 1 year in NB and then studied another 1 year public college in Toronto. So in this situation , is it still ok that I don’t need to work 1 year to get eligible to apply for NB Skilled Workers Stream ? BTW I will have a 3 years PGWP. 2- Another option I can apply for NB Express Entry Stream but I am confused in some explanations in the users guide while calculating my points : Points for Employment in New Brunswick (maximum 10 points) You currently work in New Brunswick on a work permit and you meet all of the following conditions: You currently work in New Brunswick in a job that is exempt from the LMIA requirement due to: • an international agreement (such as, the North American Free Trade Agreement); • significant benefit to Canadian interests; or • a federal-provincial agreement. You also must meet all the following conditions: • You are working for the New Brunswick employer named on your work permit; • Your work permit is valid when you apply. As I will be on an open PGWP, I don’t need to get an LMIA from the company right ? So Can I add this 10 points while calculating my total ? 3- After getting my ITA from the province and doing my PR application to IRCC, can I stop working for the job I applied for and wait for the result of my PR application inside Canada or outside Canada or Should I keep working in the same job/skill work in the same company or another company until I get PR to the very end. I am asking this because I have my PGWP for 3 years and in that case I guess it is allowed but I am not sure

For educational documents, do we need to submit as one pdf for undergraduate outside Canada and inside Canada as one document? Also my Canadian transcript is sent by Parchment and signed electronically so I can’t combine or edit that pdf. Should I unlock it first and then combine? Just don’t want to give impression that document was altered. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Thank you for the wonderful informative video. It really helps a lot. I have one question regarding the document pdf upload after ITA. Please guide me. I have 3 different employment experience and so I understand that, I will have 3 different pdfs to upload. My documents of each employment is more then 75 pages. And if I compress the pdf, the document gets little blur though readable. I tried couple of time by shrinking images/ pdf but I am not satisfied with the resolution of my documents after compressing it (Though they are readable). I do not want to reduce documents as they are all proofs for my employment. What shall I do now? Can we upload two pdfs for one employment on portal? (Like done in case of SINP) Please guide. I have two very important questions for you- 1) do we need to mention us coming to canada on study in the travel history? Should that also contain a separate line for the layover ? 2) first and last name is mandatory for family members name . However my sister does not have a last name, just have given name as per the passport. How to list her name in the PR file? I will be claiming her points as she is a permanent resident. Your funds that you show as POF are for your settlement in Canada and you may be asked to provide an updated POF at any time. Hence its best to maintain them until your approval as a PR

Hey Kubeir, I submitted the file to express entry on 1st April 2021. Just clairifying that for education I have done WES - ECA and attached an ‘academic transcript’ from the college with a date of qualification on it. I did a one year diploma from NZ Is graduation certificate needed as well? Or are the two above enough to get points. I have requested certificate from College but freaking out and dont want refusal. Hi Sir I have completed my BE and MBA from India. WES has evaluated my Bachelor degree - Bachelors degree MBA - 1 year post graduate diploma. Now I am confused what to select in the “ Level of Education” section. Because if I select masters then the CRS score increases by 7 points. For Level of education Canadian equivalence “ one year program at university, college, diploma” as per the Wes report. Could you please help, I have done a 2 year full time MBA program. Hi, I obtained my PCC from India in June 2021. I traveled to Canada in Aug 2021 and now applying for a PR form inside Canada. Can I use the PCC issued to me in India (I was told I can use it if I did not travel back to India), or do I need to get a fresh PCC from Canada (through BLS). I am planning to get a new one either way, but processing times are 8 weeks. I plan to attach my old PCC + proof of fresh PCC applied from inside Canada.
