I agree with you on the sizing. Got a 9.5 in the black and gum, ended up being too short. Got a 10 in the grey and they almost feel too big because of the width and volume. I’ve even noticed they are almost too flexible/wide at the forefoot when doing burpees (which can be uncomfortable), but solid everywhere else. Thanks for your review!

I love my Inov-8 F-Lite Max and F-Flys. I wear a M15 and have a 2E width, so finding crossfit trainers has been a real task. Some companies don't only carry up to a M14, most are too narrow. So, I was pleasantly surprised when I purchased these and finally had two training shoes with a wide enough toe box. I would definitely recommend both models. Now if they could just make the lifters the same way, haha.

I have both the F FLY and F LITE. I love both. The FLY is about the best Tabata and treadmill shoe I have ever worn. The LITE does everything really well. Comfort in both is outstanding. Every shoe should have that inner sole. Just great shoes.

I just bought the f lite and I love them. I like the larger toe box. I like that they are great for someone with high arches. They are so comfortable. I really like that when doing workouts they are great for working with weights then jumping on treadmill. My Reebok nanos were not comfortable on the treadmill.

Just got the f-lite and thought they feel similar to the adidas dropset 2 which I loved, but more versatile without the vent at the bottom. I did notice the slightly aggressive toe spring compared to other trainers I own. Wondering if you’ve noticed it getting in the way during your workouts and if you think it’ll loosen up after a few sessions.

Is there any chance you could review the new version of the Foost lifters?

I recently bought the Inov-8 F-Lite shoes, and I find them very comfortable overall. However, I feel the midsole might be slightly too thick, which can create some disadvantages for movements like Olympic lifts from the floor or burpees when standing back up. I believe that reducing the midsole thickness by about 5mm could bring these shoes closer to perfection. What are your thoughts on this?

I actually like that they have cushioning - its pretty dense so I havent felt like it's impacted my lifts or burpees. 5mm is a lot, it would make the shoe more flimsy like the F-Fly, which I didn't like much for lifting.
