DOAMA dude he’s done 100% runs before while just picking one attribute and maxing it and then never leveling afterwards, this guy could easily do it “correctly”, except it’s an Any% run and as long as your not cheating it’s valid, and glitching in DS isn’t fucking easy, not being able to parry / remembering and successfully using glitches aren’t even close to being equal, glitching takes skill, not trying to improve is just being lazy

Cause until two weeks ago he didn‘t even know the concept of speedruns and glitches. If you watch him play, you‘ll notice he never rushes through an area, but takes his time to take out each enemy. And sometimes, especially the comments similar to „wtf he‘s climbing a ladder?“ exist because he missed those ladders or secret passages (example: SL1 speedrun, Valley of Drakes)

Stop telling people what they should and shouldn't do. Point of any% is to beat the game as fast as possible without using external tools, and if the most optimal strategy is to glitch out the boss, the runner will do it. If you don't like it, I suggest watching all bosses or no OOB runs.

Mr BuzzKill yes but there will always be bosses certain people struggle with. I’ve heard that some guys struggle with oceiros but since beating him I’ve never died to him again. Similar experience for the twin princes or the dancer. A simple boss I always struggle with are (also) the abyss watchers. I know they’re not particularly hard but I personally struggled a lot with them. Same with the orphan of kos. I mean the orphan is considered to be their hardest boss in bb but to this day I’ve only beaten that bastard once. What I’m trying to say is different people struggle with different bosses, even those others consider to be easy.

If you are confused and think this player is cheating lemme real quick just explain what "Any %" means: "Any %" means that you beat the game as fast as possible without cheating, so yes you guessed it right, glitches are allowed! In fact anything is allowed as long as it isn't being counted as "A third party application" or "Developer Tools" such as a console IN THE GAME.
