A funny trivia; "Gopherwood Ark"attack(those series of dashes he does at 1:36:07), in the Granblue mobile is know as "racist attack" because Lucilius literally KO any characters that share race with other allies in the party.

If they release a harder difficulty with limited revives that will filter like 95% of the playerbase.

This raid is infamous in the Gacha for having two difficulties: "Impossible" and "Impossible (Hard)" Also, he hits you with 30k True Damage as soon as the fight starts.

the story is fine, maybe a bit generic at times but not terrible. the main problem is that it doesnt start from beginning, its like watching a series and starting with season 2

I think the devs learned from something like Versus with its terrible story. Honestly, this was somewhat more digestible, but the only good thing was seeing Id develop as a character. Roland was pretty cool, but I feel he was pretty obvious with having an integral role, especially when you see Rosetta be suspicious of him.

Lucilus is a great raid fight. Far from perfect but nonetheless way way better than proto bahamut for end-game grind. Its challenging enough and actively punish your team for making mistakes, incrementally. You can recover from the mistakes and succeed, but make enough mistakes then you deserve the loss.

I'd even go far and say Proto Bahamut was designed with Lucillius in mind. Just a gear stop fight that anyone could do until Faa showed up. It just naturally creates a nice break-up in pace from each other while still progressing one way or another in gear. though Lucillius having almost all the kind of drops you want/need to level other characters is a really nice touch.

Asmon, do you know about the guard / dodge option select? It makes these fights a lot easier. Guard right before you dodge, you either block the attack or perfect dodge. You can also block really fast out of dodging, and in between attacks. Helps reduce how much you take stray hits.

Holy crap... I'm at 700 hours and like 4k or more curios opened and haven't seen a Supp V+ yet. They have like a 1/13000 chance of dropping or something stupid like that. Even if it's only glaciate resist, the fact that you got one at all is insane.

Curios are seeded upon pick up, the run dictates the latent category of seed. I believe there are 4 in total, which vary between .009 - .3% (roughly, I don't remember the exact values) to roll a Supp. Effectively, there's only 3ish quests you should be running in the current content, the rest of the seed rates are abysmal as they're from the 3 lower quality cat. Also, Proud =/= best rates in most cases.

He was moving a lot because you have a ranged teammate that's taking Aggro. Also, you need atleast 41k HP to not get killed in 1 hit. Press Guard together with Dodge to either Block or Dodge the attack simultaneously. Dodging or Blocking is the only way to get over many of his attacks

Beelzebub survived and climbed out of the Crimson Horizon, bringing with chaos matter, a material which could destroy primals. Finished this fight just last night. (3/16/24). Tried it online the a couple of times first two days. Did better solo because ai pals don’t die. Watched a Guide, switched one of my vane abilities to the shield (for paradise lost) and haven’t lost since. Knowledge is 98% of this fight. I still get bodied by the floor circles tho, I get tunnel vision when chasing the colors

So I think what the issue with the game getting out to players is that it's an anime styled action RPG, with a ton of mmo/hunting game/gacha like elements. The players that would normally play that kind of game haven't heard about it because it's outside of their circle of games you would normally play. People that play JRPGs played through the story, played a little of the post game, and probably stopped. The people remaining are those who did catch on and enjoy the grindiness of the game, which is what is supposed to happen when you enjoy a game. The reason to keep grinding out the bosses and maxing out your characters is because you just enjoy it.

Loved/loving this game! Glad you are giving it a bit of attention and mentioning it in other videos! I'm hoping when Proud+ comes out I'm hoping it gets more popular! They need to rebalance some sigils and some traits, and AI perfect dodging everything, and I think it could be pretty hype.. Yeah Palworld came out right before, and Helldivers 2 came out right after, and the 10-15 hour story with gimmick anime stuff really turned off lots of people. The End Game Loop is absolutely epic, with the only exception that it's too easy, and AI is too strong. But incentivizing crafting stuff you don't use is something Monster Hunter HOPEFULLY adds..

Vaseraga is one of the highest dps chars on this fight (and in the game, especially after bug fixes). Just gotta learn the fight better and how to L dodge L dodge H charge H charge

I beat the boss scond try with random players as eugen its a hard fight but its doable with good players within some trys. You should definitly bring things like improved dodge, potion horder, auto revive and guts. Also 1 vane makes this fight pretty chill and 2 vane trivialise all major phases except 7 trumpets😂

I use flight over fight + Nimble Onslaught it really help too (sometimes I am able to increase SBA gauge by around 20% just by dodge XD) , but I need to take Sup damage out since flight decrease Atk 50% I need more Atk boost

the tear drop rate are terrible , my 1st special sijil took me 27 run , total 4 special sijil took me 89 run , now im on my 2nd char , and its been 21 run , i still getting 0 tear, wtf man

Depending on the character you don't need supp dmg. Especialy if it is not "+" which is super omega rare (and it has to be on a good other sigil). When you use only one supp dmg it is only a 8% dmg increase because it doesn't always prock. So unless you wanna loose 3/4 slots (i don't remember how many you need to put there to have 100% chance of prock), you're better off with the other sigils (tyranie, stamina) wich are way more common in "+". I don't think loosing 3/4 sigils slots for a 20% dmg increase is worth it. Plus it is useless if you don't reach the dmg cap with those.

Verifiably untrue as supp damage output is not uniform across the roster. For some it's the most important sigil, not just for damage, but compound utility to reduce cool downs and promote link gauge. It also bypasses damage caps.

@@Clavitz1 This game reminds me a lot of the original Phantasy Star Online on the dreamcast, it is insanely grindy, and I still play random sessions of it PSO also had its AFK farms and there were dilemmas in the community about if its good or bad as well as it's 3 sequels (the last one is a bannable offense thou). In my time it was called "sin" about committing AFK farm. After years playing PSO I came to the conclusion everyone can be entitled to their opinion but everyone have their ways of enjoying/disliking the game and you shouldn't care about other players. For me, I enjoy grinding but I also don't play it everyday, toggle this game around a rotation with some single player games and come every now and then until i feel a slight burnout as I see AFK or savescum as a cheat, and cheats are for my opinion methods to avoid parts you don't enjoy of the game and I don't think cheating is bad if it makes you wanna quit if you can't do it, just don't bring it to players who dislike cheaters. Hope this help if you like really grindy games.

@@Clavitz1 i mean in the end any game behind save file system can be played in any way they wish, like for example both monster hunter speedrunners have a good number of them that only care about getting a good time and would use mods to have the best "possible" sigils without having to farm them (like crit+ dmg cap, 3 supvs, fof+, qll at once.). So in the end it all depends what you want to do ingame and dont let what some people do bother you at all. Wether people want to do it "legit" or resort to shortcut methods, not everyone likes to grind.

To do Lucilius afk, play with Lancelot and the trait Flight or fight. Put on turbo and toggle on the (Y) so he is always doing his dodging attack, now couple that with nimble onslaught for the extra +3 sec invul. Make sure every AI has guts and autorevive and it should be an easy AFK.

@@Bdog4114You play, get gear, afk farm. rinse and repeat until you're farming most bosses afk. That's the progression. This last boss seems like you can't because of the mechanics that cut your life max down to 1. So devs did that intentionally.

@seeker777 Yea but the grind still sucks. Its not that I'm not powerful enough, the grind to get there is flat out boring imo. No way I'm going to play like 100 hours with all the rng just to do this one fight. The grind is just pressing square with rachem as long as I can

I don't know if it was my choice in characters ... but cleared it first try with not a single down playing as Eugene... it's a lot easier when you can always hit him no matter what since you are ranged, felt like most if not all of his close ranged attack didn't really matter? XD cleared it in 10 something minutes

GBF the mobile Gacha is famous for being ez to f2p but really hard on time and investment. Happy that Cygames still has the funds to make passions projects like versus and relink, plus all the fanservice content like concerts

It's relatively F2P friendly, most things to get stronger in the game needs you to actually grind. Even if you whale and get the strongest weapons, characters in the gacha upon joining you will still be weak. You build the weapons you get by grinding and timegated features, and the characters rely on the weapons for their stats. You can also grind free weapons from raid bosses that rivals strong weapons from gacha, so you can be purely free to play and reach high end game but that all involves time and grinding. And some of the most powerful characters that breaks the meta in the game currently are only obtainable through grinding, not gacha. And in fact it's so grindy that getting the strongest characters in the gacha itself is easier than getting the free ones you have to grind for.
