@@sewer_dog2096 Morgan said "You said this in an interview, do you believe this?" saying that women over the age of 26 are "undesirable" and "used". He could of simply said no he doesn't believe it. He was given the opportunity to reveal what he believes, yet he could not answer. In the same interview he said that he believes he should have AUTHORITY over women. The definition of authority: the power or right to give orders, make decisions, and enforce obedience. There is no "out of context" excuse for an hour long interview. He said he thinks he should have authority over women. Meaning he believes he should have the power to give orders and enforce obedience from women. Also, the "out of context" clips are mostly posted by his own media team. He gains from having the benefit of the doubt. Misogynists will agree with his sketchy points, and normal people will give him the benefit of the doubt. The man has literally just been arrested for human trafficking and rape. Is that out of context too?

@@malachi5707 Misogyny doesnt exist. Its just a buzz word used by women to shutdown any and all criticism. Even going so far as saying other women have "internalized misogyny" for merely disagreeing with them. Only despicable people use either terms seriously.

@@malachi5707 He did talk about both of those things. You just didn't listen/understand what he's saying. Tate said a long time ago that generally mean like younger women more because they are "purer". And he talked about why that is, and a lot of the things he said made sense. He never said that 26 year olds are disgusting and that all of them are ugly, he said that GENERALLY younger girls are more attractive to guys because of their innocence. He said that it's perhaps ageist but it's not mysoginistic. Also the authority part, he said multiple times that he doesn't mean authority in a way that he can control what she does, he said authority in a way that, if his girlfriend would expect him to take care of her safety and provide for her that it means that she is handing some sort of authority over him. He also said that if that same woman would tell him that she doesn't wanna do what he recommends that she's free to do it. You're literally just hating on him because of his popularity and tiktok/shorts clips spread out, painting him in a completely wrong way. Also the rape charges have been dropped and other ones are going to be as well because there is literally 0 evidence of any of that.

@@cooperchambers5293 it's laughably inaccurate how much your statement is. Idk how many times stockfish, GM's, IM's Alphazero, has sacrificed a piece in order to get a positional advantage, make the opponents pawns more useless, or set up a dangerous threat that will win back a piece like a fork if they decide to take or see 20 moves into the future. It's also a shit ton of times where they sacrifice a horse, a bishop, a rook or even a queen in order to weaken the opponents king and deliver a checkmate attack.

I had to deal with cops and they didn't help me. In my particular case, I got physically assaulted in a public location with roughly 300 witnesses, the people that assaulted me just so happened to be the sons of a politician, and for some reason, who knows why, the cops just couldn't find any evidence that an assault even happened, even though I had to be rushed to a hospital where they thought I wasn't going to survive. @NexusBecauseWhyNot
@NexusBecauseWhyNot Жыл бұрын
Yeah, and when people say "Why are they complaining about money when they are there because they want to teach?" I roll my eyes so hard because the problem isn't that teachers aren't rich, the problem is that teachers aren't even paid good enough to sustain teaching as a job. The best teachers are usually the ones that make money in other ways and keep teaching as their passion or hobby, but this is an incredibly rare place to be in and almost no teacher had, nor will ever have this possibility ever in their lifetime. Tl:dr if teachers are so important, why don't we as a society make their job a sustainable one and encourage them to further share their knowledge?

@@twerktwerk2593 I thought about it at some point, came to the conclusion that I'd better do private drawing courses than dedicating full-on to it, especially bc here where I live elementary and highschool art classes are seen as a useless class and putting effort into teaching would get me swapped by the administrations (parents would complain about low art grades and the schools care more about keeping apparences than actually teaching these niche classes like arts, music, civics and IT classes). Edit: I am not saying that I would be that strict about my classes, but arts are like the trash of the curriculum here, and I wouldn't be able to either give a good grade to a project with no effort put into it, or to students that wouldn't even do the bare minimum because they think they will still pass either way. It's a system rotten to the core in this regard.

I tend to eyeroll any time someone holds up Dubai as an example of somewhere great. If you only move in circles where the money and tourism is then yeah sure it is but there's a huge largely unseen darker side to it that includes slavery. I'm in the UK. I lived in London for the best part of 20 years and no one ever tried to take my watch. It does of course happen. You get the same levels of crime you'd expect from any large city. Most people, no matter where they live, know what areas of their town that are a bit dodgy and they need to be more switched on if going through. It's also not unusual to find criminals operate in places where they know their victims are more likely to have money, such as shoppers in Harrods. The bad stuff makes the media so there's a perception created that we're more crime ridden than previously. At the moment, yes there's a cost of living crisis but again, that's the same crisis affecting many countries with inflation, energy prices and so on. The media may salivate over it but in my experience most people aren't really interested in following Royals drama unless they're already into "celeb" culture. Tate's a bit of a paper tiger. I keep saying it, I love how Asmon can diversify so well into content other than just gaming.

I know it's true that some people can exorcise out of depression. I feel that and my anxiety disappear when I'm routinely exercising. And when I fall off the fitness bandwagon and my weight is moving in the opposite direction I feel it sliding back in. Worded poorly because none of my anxiety is weight or health driven btw. But I am saying exercise impacts my mental health. Notably so. My anxiety usually involves panic attacks, so you can be sure I'm paying attention to those sensations or the lack of them when I'm being healthy. Maybe this isn't true for everyone, but I would still suggest anybody reading this give it a shot to see if it _can_ help you. Start small and hopefully you will find some improvements that will motivate to improve even more and feel even better. I started with one kettlebell if you want a place to start.

In regards to misgenderering someone(online), if you are reported to the authorities in certain areas it may be pursued. In the UK. Luckily I'm a northerner surrounded by fields and the police near us are salt of the earth folk. We had double digit arrests at least from people who tweeted and even on some cases just retweeted something. It's getting dire, our comedians are awful unless you go to some dingy club. Stabbings on the rise. Acid attacks. I love my country we stood for some good shit, now I'm not so sure anymore.

Pressing changes for a crime only goes so far by the police. Once they get all the facts then the prosecution team has to decide to press charges. I’m sure it works somewhat like that in London also, so if the attorneys think they can’t win then a lot of time they won’t pursue it. I could be wrong but I have seen this happen here in the US

Regarding the UK, yes, many problems. Rising cost of living, staggering housing costs, public healthcare is exhausted with massively long queues, police that target speech but not actual crimes (see car theft stats) and massive immigration which is just making all the previous issues much worse. No major political parties have any solutions and are simply milking the tax payers whilst the getting is good.
@serikazero128
@serikazero128 Жыл бұрын
the thing is "rising the cost of living" is a natural outcome of the entire covid lunacy where almost every single country on this planet went "lock down" and "fuck the economy, if we only save one life!!!!" The economy is what is keeping the rest of us alive. If economy goes to shit war breaks out, internally and externally. So, this happens world wide. Rising on the cost of living, higher prices for everything, health care becoming a luxury, the police start losing the confidence of the population, and the rise in crime. And if anything, it looks like we are going to get it worse.... Its almost like shutting down the global economy for a year has consequences. Its almost like forcing people to take an experimental shot that wasn't properly tested due to corruption and time issues has consequences. And finally UK will still suffer a great deal less than many other countries. UK however has a immigration problem. If place X is nice and you can have a decent life, people wanna go to place X. But place X can't sustain all the population on this planet, and at some point it will start to collapse.

I can respect the point that a level of generalization is necessary to launch productive actions upon them, but I still feel like if one has to resort to generalization then maybe the "rule" being used is simply not comprehensive enough in the first place. I feel this distinction is especially relevant considering people often build etiquette and policy around such generalizations which result in tangible harm to the "exceptions" and in inefficiencies as the judicial system deals with the classifications of exceptions. We can do better than generalize.

It has been shown in studies that there are sort of diminishing returns of severity of punishments on crime deterring. If the punishment is already high enough, making it higher won't deter anybody, because the reason they would even consider doing it in the first place is because they expected to get away with it. So if you think you can just give out insane punishments and that would fix the crime... it probably won't. It would work for lesser crimes but not so much for those that actually matter most.

I'm generally very left leaning but I do believe men these days aren't in control of their emotions enough. Not that you can't express emotions if you have them, it's OKAY to cry, but as a man I do think it's your responsibility to build yourself into a person that doesn't NEED to cry unless like someone dies or something. Modern men need stoicism, meditation, physical fitness, and purpose. Modern society gives you permission to be weak, which is a huge relief, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't still strive to be strong. I see it as very similar to the body positivity movement for women. Our previous culture around female fatness was stifling and mentally damaging to women, yes. So giving women space to just be fat and be left alone about it is great! But now we're encouraged them to be fat? We're getting mad at Adele for losing weight? We're telling fat women they're still attractive to men and will have no issue landing a quality partner. It's gone too far. There's allowing space for people to be broken and fucked up and not living up to a standard but we shouldn't be encouraging people to be broken and fucked up and saying there aren't any standards anymore. It's insane.
