I had a few therapy sessions like around 8 years ago, after a really bad, toxic relationship. I did not know what to do and it helped me sooooo much. I cried the whole first session, I basically paid and cried a whole hour, not being able to say 3 sentences. The poor lady just sat there and gave me tissues. But I needed that. I found myself after those sessions. really helpful :D so keep doing it, you do you. and yea, I also need fun weekends. We love to go hiking and exploring nice, cute towns around (we live in Germany)

I’ve been going through such a tough time with losing my brother, baby doggie, and my mama being very sick all in a 3 month span. Like literally my faith in God had been tested.
