Amy: As a guy suffering epilepsy since the 90s, almost nothing much chills me out like this saga (in second place is Babblebrook's!). I often use the Not Cow playlist on loop to fall asleep with. No idea if it's the gentle tone, the innocent alien(s), the cute HHGTTG references or what, but 9 times out of 10, I wake up refreshed! For the restful break from the horrid crap my skull goes through (it isn't just seizures we get! Even on enough medications to count as a walking pharmacy, I get neurological malfunctions at random), thank you. 💜
