Fun facts nobody asked for: There are no wild llamas or alpacas, they are technically domesticated guanacos and vicuñas. In English and Spanish pampas are plains, basically the South American steppe. In Quechua the word pampa (bamba) just means valley or any flat land (as opposed to mountain). ❤
