This cake recipe reminds me of chocolate Dobash cake! I'm from Hawaii and there's a couple of famous bakeries (Zippy's Napoleon Bakery and Liliha Bakery) that are well-known for their chocolate Dobash cake. This looks really similar!! I'll have to try this recipe to see how it measures up to the popular ones. I hope it does since it's hard to find a decent Hawaii-style Dobash cake recipe!

If you’re frosting the top of the cake, you take the spatula and slowly drag it to the middle while turning the table underneath, and for the side of the cake you’ll drag it upwards while turning the table. ☺️

Guysssss here is my personal favorite banana bread recipe! I’ve spent countless recipes trying to perfect one that is perfect to my likings! It’s moist, soft and fluffy! Please try the recipe and tag me on your thoughts of it! Recipe for my banana bread recipe! Ingredients: 2 cups of very ripened mashed bananas (about 4 bananas) 1/3 cup of room temp full fat sour cream 1 tsp of pure vanilla extract - 1/2 cup of room temp softened unsalted butter 3/4 cup of packed light brown sugar - 2 room temp large eggs - 2 cups of all purpose flour 1 tsp of Baking powder 1/4 tsp of salt 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon - Steps: 1: Preheat your oven to 350*F, and grease and line your 9 by 5 inch Loaf pan. 2: In a medium bowl, combine the mashed bananas, sour cream, and vanilla until all incorporated, set aside. 3: In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy using an electric mixer. Once fluffy, add in the eggs, 1 at a time, until all combined. Then pour in the banana mixture and whisk until all combined. 4: In another medium bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon, whisk until combined. Then carefully fold (using a rubber spatula) the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined. Don’t over mix. 5: Feel free to add 1/2 cup of any toppings you’d like to the batter and for looks. (Like Walnuts, chocolate chips, etc) 6: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and place on a lower rack of the oven. Bake for about 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with minimal crumbs. (Place foil over bread loosely when you have reach a desired browness around the last 20 minutes of baking) 7: Let cool slightly then enjoy. (If you make my recipe tell me your thoughts.)
