I think those chips are dill pickle, or salt and vinegar. Either way they are kettle cooked. But dill pickle would pair wonderfully with the prosciutto

Here in the states we have Globe grapes. I've seen them in the purple or red grape variety but not green. Very tasty though! Also never would have tried a sandwhich on bread like that very interesting. Great video as usual! ❤👍🏻
