This is literally so relaxing. Your mic is incredible, and should definitely do more book reading whisper videos!

Also a video of you talking about your “psychology of thinking” class would be so cool, sounds so interesting! Keep up the good work and stay safe out there!

Can you do a video of just book sounds? Perhaps acrylic tapping but mostly wiping and squeezing the covers and flipping pages like our teachers used to do when they “show the class” as they read. You’re a natural teacher and incredible asmrtist! You’ve mastered the handling of books! Please ☺️

Have you read any of Grace Lee Boggs' work? She is a modern, Chinese-American philosopher who lived through the Civil Rights Movement and has some incredible work. If you're into philosophical reads, I highly recommend as she takes a lot of ancient ideas and uses them in a practical approach. She even moved to Detroit, MI in the 60s I believe with her husband and she lived there until her death in 2015 and helped shape the community through gardening and reading and discussing with anyone and everyone. She even has a community space named after her! I believe there's also a documentary on Amazon Prime about her which I also recommend (she was arrested multiple times during the McCarthyism era for her "socialist" ideas when it came to wanting equal rights for minorities). I personally loved a lot of the books you recommended and will definitely add them to my list!

Like you, I read the Three Body Problem and liked it but found parts of it a bit confusing and I haven’t sought out the sequels yet. But now you’ve made me want to read The Dark Forest!

Thank you, Tiffany.

I think you’ll appreciate the book “Minor Feelings” by Cathy Park Hong. I don’t know if you watch booktube, but the Asian readathon is going on there right now (since it’s AAPI Heritage Month) and I saw lots of people talking about that book, which got me interested. Everything I Never Told You was so good and relatable! I liked it more than Little Fires Everywhere. I also highly recommend NK Jemisin’s Broken Earth trilogy, the one she won several Hugo awards for. Oh, and Jeff Vandermeer’s Area X books are so creepy and weird but good!
