Love to you from Finland 🇫🇮💙 Canada is a really beatiful country! Were born in Canada or the US? Here in Finland we also have 2 official languages: finnish and swedish (even thought only 5% speak swedish) and we have to learn swedish as well on top of english

You can boil the pouches in water for like 5min if you want them heated. You can do the same with tins (French mre) for that matter.
