Actually in the German army you are just handed the package. It fits well into a backpack and since every item is packed individually, the food doesn’t get wet. The boxes make logistics a lot more efficient. In the Field you would use timber to start a fire, but when there is none you would start with burning the box. There is no utensils in the EPA because every German soldier is equipped with a set of metal spoon, fork, knife and a can opener. You can fold them together and store them in your vest or backpack. This way you save waste.

Most Leberwürste are actually pretty good. I can imagine that the one in the package wasn’t to good. But the most ones are imo pretty good.

Im from Germany and exotic flavored drinks are mostly pineapple, mango, star fruit ect hope that helps ❤️

My friends and I all think leberwurst is quite disgusting and I have to agree to that XD Tho some of my family members (aunt, uncle and grandmother) actually love it. Also, your pronunciation is really good! The words with ü, ä, ö were just a tad wrong but it is apparently really hard for foreigners to pronounce them correctly until a few weeks/months in. And since this was your first time seeing and saying them (I think) you did really, really, really good! Germany approves of you, haha! And now since you ate the German MRE... You are officially an unofficial member of the Bundeswehr! WILLKOMMEN SHARON 😂❤️

20:18 Hey, I'm from Germany and I'd say exotic flavor is pretty similar to tropical flavor, because there is mostly pineapple, mango, passion fruit and other exotic/tropical fruit in there, hope that helped, have a great day :)
