I kinda like that the camera (probably not on purpose) tilted at around14:40 . This is an example of a camera setting called the Dutch angle and it's supposed to disorient you and kinda make you nervous haha

I wonder if that tongue observation is down to working in the city and all the pollution? I can always tell when I'm working in London for extended periods of time as my skin gets worse and my child asthma returns which I totally grew out of (probably because my parents smoked like chimneys and now I'm not in that environment lol).
