I used to be very anemic and have low iron and I was having some similar symptoms to you! I’m sure you’ve gotten it tested, but I had just assumed it was something doctors were checking for. It sometimes came in waves depending on what I was eating. Eventually, I was so tired that I would have to take a nap as soon as I got home from work. Just a thought! I hope you’re able to find out what’s going on 😊

This is probably my favourite one so far! How did you feel after your treatment? I really want some acupuncture done. Do you think your fatigue is linked with how much you eat? Like perhaps having more nutrient dense meals with snacks in between may help? (Eg granola with yoghurt, as opposed to just yoghurt for breakfast).

Thank you!!!🥰 It felt great, especially the next day! I really recommend trying it to see if it works for you though as I imagine everyone is different! I’m trying my best to eat a more balanced diet recently and genuinely have been seeing an improvement in my energy levels!

Your diet and food choices need some work- choose protein first with every meal then add vegetables and/or carbs fats . Do this 4 x day for each meal reducing carbs towards end of the day.
