I have never heard of a chicken bolognese but I typically find classic bolognese sauce to be too heavy for me so perhaps I will be trying this

Great video. I like the chill camera angle of just hands and food, but it would be nice if the camera was off to the side so your arm doesn't get in the shot. I'm also not a fan of the sped up video. Maybe just skip that footage and cut to the next stage.

Well, actually there’s a precursor, but definitely not this recipe, definitely not with chicken, the main thing that changed the original recipe was the introduction of the tomato, a thing that wasn’t to be found in Italy at the time this recipe was born. Maybe you should do some research before posting bullshits.
