I made my girls lunches every day for years and now that they are all grown up and in their 20's they still talk about how much they loved the lunches I packed for them and want to do the same for their future children. They told me that their friends were always envious of them. A lot of time and love went into making those special lunches. Your daughters will hopefully appreciate you as well when they are grown up.

You make simple things look so good. I have some of that seaweed and sesame seeds (black and regular) sprinkle stuff. I should get some sesame oil and try the rice balls. Looks so easy. I usually eat the sprinkle stuff on my rice with kimchi. I’m not vegan though. I just love Asian food.

I dated a 40-something year old monster, and that was the roughest 2 years of my life-even counting my battle with stage 3 cancer! Sometimes the age thing would get in the way, but it was more that I was dating a narcissistic monster. Your videos are my favorite! I've been watching you for years. I have a similar age gap with my bf and I also have a child with someone else. It's the best relationship I've been been in and I have been in a few very serious ones with older and same age men. Canada's favourite, Tim Horton's! It's funny how sometimes we don't know what we're missing The fact that Hanki is so affectionate and happily helps with the kids and cooking, etc... what a blessing. I'll be honest and say it's a good thing for your children to see this so they know when they get older that any partner they choose should show love and help with the housework. And he's hilarious, when you said "NOW?" and his "I love you wetter...." 🤣 Love comes in so many different forms and we should never question it. I love the ending when you both talked about age differences and other topics. I grew up with parents that had a huge age gap. But that was my norm when I was growing up. The people that get on your case the most regarding your romance, in my sincere opinion, are jealous of the relationship dynamic between you and Hanki. My mom used to make toast like that. Haven’t seen anyone else do it like that… butter the bread & toast/fry in skillet. She’d put plum jelly on it when it was done. She got my daughter hooked on it. My daughter is in her 20’s but occasionally she’ll come to me & say, “Mom can you make me the toast like Mima did for me plz. It tastes better when you make it.” If my mom was still alive she’d go to her I know. That was there thing, ‘Skillet Plum Toast’. 💛💖💛

Cheap Lazy Vegan just did a huge Hmart haul and she pointed out how inexpensive the green onions or scallions are there. Those were even less than she spent.
