So amazing. As a parent of a player who has a seasonal arena, I volunteer to help set up/take down our rink every year, watching this blows my mind. We don’t paint, we have the roll up material for everything. I can’t imagine having the patience for this.

Its kinda hard to believe that in 2023 theres not a more efficient way to do this then a paint brush taped to a stick. But mad respect to the guys that do

actaully quite a lot of teams doesnt do it by hands. A lot of the teams use something like stickers. For example look at NHL page of blues they have a video called: 360: Making ice (it was made in september 7th) they do not paint. Id say there is some kind of prestige having it hand painted Other team i know for certain doesnt paint it is Boston Bruins, Arizona Coyotes.
