I did this for a Junior team many years back. I didn't have 1/100 of the responsibilities these crews have. Huge kudos to how well they take care of the players and how much work really goes into it.

They don’t. But they should. I’m sure they are salary. If you actually calculated the amount of hours they work, they likely make less than $20/hr.
