Oh wow this is the first time I heard you talk in your normal voice, you have such a relaxing voice even when talking normally. My favorite part was the sounds of when you are preparing the thermometer at 18:54. You could edit the soft beeping noise of a thermometer to make it abit realistic if you like. Oh and I love the pen sounds close to the mic especially. This was such a great idea, I hope you don’t mind doing more of these!~ perhaps an optometrist next time? I find being in a dark room with a flashlight on my eyes quite relaxing, plus the soft sounds of going to the next clips of letters when testing vision :) hope it is a good suggestion to think about~ ^^ thank you again, this was so wonderful Aethel! ❤️

What great ideas you have Jenn! :) I will try to make an episode like this soon. Right now I'm doing some research on sound damping to prevent outside noises from influencing my videos. One of the problems I have is loud ppl/loud cars making it hard to record when I turn my mic sensitivity up. I hope in the next week or two to have this problem solved and then hopefully I can make more medical ASMR videos. :) Ty again for the suggestion and sharing your ideas, they are really awesome and very much appreciated. If you're depressed I can recommend some self help resources. A book that really helped me was "Feel good: the new mood therapy" by David D. Burns, he uses cognitive behavioral therapy. Likewise, learning to meditate with focus on breathing and mindfulness helped to calm my mind and I'd highly recommend it. Sometimes talking to a therapist can help if it becomes too much. I wish you well, I'm rooting for you, friend.
