I think the best way to explain it, is your content is ASMR, but how you play it is like real life situation, and it seems your not purposely creating sounds. Your go through them like in a real situation. For me that's the best. When someone isn't purposely trying to trigger your ASMR. You provide that perfectly

This is one of those that is just so perfect. I just keep coming back to it. You have about 8-10 I always come back to. The close-up eye exams (and cranial nerve exams) are the best, for me; and you’re the _very BEST,_ at them! Nobody even comes _CLOSE,_ to your abilities, in this regard & video type
