Hey guys! No, that’s not a misprint that you’re reading. ‘Nice’ cream is a thing. While this looks like a bowl of ice cream and tastes like a bowl of ice cream it is in fact just a bowl of frozen, blended banana - also known as ‘nice cream’. (Recipe/explanation in description.) I totally forgot to include the footage of how to make this, so stay tuned for another nice cream video in the future! Also, please do not try this with anything but a high speed/high powered blender (I used a Vitamix). It will probably break your blender!

Oh yeah, that's one of my favourite sounds as well. That very delicate crunch sound of a thin layer of chocolate. You can always just add some crunchy things to your own bowl, and let the kids have plain ice cream. 💕💕💕

Don't be shy, you can do it! 💕💕💕 As for the camera, I am very happy with it except for one annoying thing: the fact that it does not have a monitor/viewfinder, so I can't see myself/the set while I am filming. I really, really wish I had a monitor. But, I think you can download software/set it up so that what appears in your camera can also appear on your laptop/ipad/smart phone so that you can use those as a monitor instead. xx

Oh wow, A LOT for this video, hehe. Maybe 8-10? But that's only because I had to fill the bowl and make it tall for presentation's sake. You'll notice I do not eat it all, haha. (It went straight back in the freezer after filming.) If it were just me eating off camera I'd use 2 or 3 bananas. :)

I believe carob is the only alternative. I've only ever had it a few times and I'm not a fan so I can't recommend any good brands, unfortunately. What's the reason you want a substitute for chocolate? The chocolate I used here is all vegan. 😊😊😊

Aw, thank you so much! 💕💕💕 In my everyday life I don't tend to eat huge amounts. I have quite a small appetite and only eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full. I'm also a vegan so I only eat plant-based foods and I mostly eat whole foods - so lots of healthy things. Though, for my channel, I tend to eat a little bit more food and more kinds of junky foods and sweets. I have been doing one video everyday for May and I've definitely gained a couple of kilos from that, haha. By the way, the food in this video is actually very healthy - it's blended up frozen banana, not fatty ice cream. :)
