Calliope, I think the problem with the white balance is actually because you have it set to auto so it's automatically adjusting depending on what tones it finds in the image. It adjusts every time you turn your head towards the chart and back to the camera (especially from around 5:45) because of the difference in tone between your hair and face. Better to set it to match the main light source so it stays fixed rather than using auto.

I'm aware of that, my phone just doesn't allow a manual exposure so it always does this haha, hope to get a new cam someday!
