ASMR | Eyes Closed Instructions With Brown Noise For Sleep

In today's #ASMR video, you are given a variety of instructions to follow with your eyes closed. Throughout this session, you do not need to have your eyes open and you can follow along with your eyes closed to fall asleep easier. Additionally, as the last session received a lot of positive feedback about the brown noise, it has been included again in this session. omg, I never ever comment on yt comments. but can I say I've been watching you some more recently and last night I played this. when i say i don't even remember watching this or anything from this video because I fell asleep immediately😭 please make more with brown noise, they're incredible. First of all, you have a very unique and relaxing voice, that pairs amazingly with the brisk pace of your instructions. Both make me feel much more engaged in listening to you and less engaged in other brooding thoughts in the meantime! Thanks for making these videos, I am happy to have discovered you! Lastly, the brown noise is a great addition! I remember listening to brown or pink noise while doing homework, while white noise also tends to be a bit too shrill. So in a way it's nostalgic to me, but it also sounds like a strong rain outside that makes me all the happier to be at home!

I agree! I really like it when creators upload two versions in the same video and add timestamps. First half is the video with the brown noise and the second half is the same video but without the brown noise 😊 I think this is the best solution so both groups are happy 🥰

I'm sorry to say the brown noise is not my thing, I find it distracts me away from your voice and reminds me of wind or sea sounds which both make me uneasy. I prefer silence with just your voice (and items sounds and other effects) that helps me focus on the instructions and forget everything else. Different strokes for different folks, it's nice to have variety and good to experiment with new things and I'll always try them out anyway but I hope you'll still make new videos without noise ^^

If your phone screen is near you, you'll be able the see the light difference through your eyelids. Similar to the experience of falling asleep in the back of a car. 👀
