10/10 from someone with labyrinthitis and incredible amounts of ear canal pain from it, the resonant/binaural combo is surprisingly therapeutic. Both the ache and the vertigo are reduced while I listen.

I think it’s mostly that they haven’t caught on to tuning forks yet. Only problem with them is once you get this level of asmr the other stuff doesn’t work so good. But who cares, forks are the best and dude does it right.

I would say not to listen to anything that makes the vertigo worse. I have heard of and used something called the Epley Maneuver for motion sickness or vertigo. Good luck!

You could always do 4ths to start with a nice sound and then go to 2nd or even just half steps for serious tension, then resolve to perfect 5ths. ( that’s me assuming that they work that way ) Probably a better idea is you try it on yourself and see which combinations work best to you and then TRUST YOURSELF 😏

Try different headphones. For me it's extremely loud, so maybe your headphones don't support this sound or something

There are many configurations between sources and speakers/headphones. The specs to look at are the Impedance of the headphones measured in Ohms and the voltage of the source amplifier, often the device or computer.
