This is just a small tidbit about your videos but I just had to compliment you on it. I love how you say “upthumb” instead of a “like” on the video. As an American I had never heard the word “upthumb” used in place of “like” but I find it to be a more passive, comforting word as opposed to the pervasive overuse of “like”. Also I did in fact give you an upthumb on this video :)

There are a couple ways to deal with this. First, breathing strangely is a bit of a skill! So the more you practice this method the easier (and more beneficial) it will become. Second and in the meantime, don't worry too much, just give it a try and then if you can't stick to the sequence, allow your breath to settle into it's natural rhythm and wait for the next instructions. Let me know how you get on my friend, I hope this helps xx
