This happened to me best way to get them back is to stop listening or watching Asmr completely for a few days and then after that watch a Asmr video that you know once gave you tingles if that doesn’t work then stop again but for longer and start again. The more you watch or listen to Asmr the less often you will get tingles so it’s just best to take a break from it for a few days❤

@@shshsh1298 single fathers are the highest demographic of suicide, plus in top of that my son though 5 cannot talk to me to express how he feels about the way he has to live in separate houses each week or ask me for things that he needs and living on my own with that every single weekend while the thoughts in my head are so loud but my son is so silent just isn’t something you want to have to understand personally.

@@shshsh1298 mate I’ve had my son for five years. In all honesty what a bloody stupid question to ask. Do you think there’s a goddamn thing I haven’t tried?!!!?! He has the highest severity classification of autism and is non verbal and he simply doesn’t understand how to tie a shoelace or drink from a regular cup or potty train and for years now I’ve gone through quite the exhaustive list of toys and activities to see if there’s anything my son finds an interest in and develops by doing and perhaps something that gives i man opportunity to socialize like a simple sport but it all bounces and nothing to sticks and he runs away from the other children everywhere I’ve ever been with him and observes life from a distance and it’s breaking my damn heart to see my boy drifting so far from a life in which I know he’s not being mistreated or neglected but can stand up for himself when I’m no longer around.

@@shshsh1298 also yes he’s going to therapy through the NDIS now but this took a long long time to achieve because his mothers mental illness has caused her to disrupt and delay this process substantially and I’ve only just now gotten to have access to his NDIS care plan and get him the help he really needs.
