I love how you keep asking for focus on you in a soft voice- the other creators in this direction i found so far always startled me when they snapped their fingers so loudly or called me "back" so loudly into my relaxation.

Dude my dad has ADHD and my friend has ADHD too, but also deep trauma and some PTSD, and he tried to "call them back" by clapping loudly in their face and every time it's so alarming for them ;-; He keeps trying to act like it's okay for him to do that just cause he's also got ADHD LIKE SIR PLEASE CALM DOWN OMG

Abby please do a full video of “grabbing your attention” such as at 1:12 and 1:50. I have never seen anyone do a full video on this trigger and the amount of tingles I get from it is insane. Please consider this as a full video idea!🥺 Nonetheless, your videos always put me right to sleep😴😴 Thank you so much for all your hard work🤍

I like slow to follow. The fast doesn't trigger me. What I do is let the sound of your voice and fingers wash over me while I slowly move my focus from your hair, forehead, eyes, eyelids, nose, lips, teeth, neck and then back to your hair. It's so good, time flies by and I'm covered in tingles and bliss. Love and light xxx
