Maybe she noticed a mark or something. If there was something in our clothing she would have noticed right away when ironing. My theory is: we have some mark as a time-traveller. It could be something made by a spell or made by a machine, but it’s definitely a mark. Could look like a bruise or a tattoo... Maybe something to identify us as the traveller.

Actually, both videos are supposed to be different versions of the same episode in the Victorian timeline: Anna's friend (a.k.a POV a.k.a "us") getting dressed by the maid before we go to Greene's Castle with Anna. There is no canon one, the room is the same, the intro and ending are somewhat similar ("victorian bodybuilding"), so we can assume that these Gentlemen/Ladies videos are kinda like a "pick your gender" in games. If you feel like a Lady today, then you can watch the video where you are Lady Anna's lady friend getting dressed by the maid, if you are feeling like a proper victorian gent, watch this video of the Gentlemen dressing. The maid's different reactions to us are (POV) merely situational. She'd feel awkward dressing us if we were male, she feels comfortable dressing us if we're female (because she is used to the job). In both scenarios she finds something weird in our neck/shoulder. This perhaps is the only "canon" thing in these two videos. (And ofc the fact that next time in the Victorian storyline we will be visiting Greene's Castle/University).

The thing is: for now, we don't know for certain if Anna is a time-traveller like us. We know we are because the general plot gave us that idea. Anna could be a reincarnation, or different versions of the same woman in different universes (the multiverse theory was introduced in the 1st 80s video). There are many possibilities, so much to know. ATMOSPHERE's story is mysterious, yet relaxing at the same time.
