As someone who has this condition, if there aren’t any bad/painful symptoms, you do nothing! If there’s pain associated with the cysts, they can be drained or removed from the breasts.

I have a question, and I ask it here because I feel comfortable, yk ajqjq. I have a very small nipples, and they doesn't stick out, I don't feel them or anything, measures less than a centimeter, and I don't know, it's like a complex because I've never met anyone who has the nipples like that. I literally don't feel it, it's like it's not there¿? JAKALW I don't know if I explain myself well 😭😭 Btw, amazing video, like always ❤

Just the way your body is. :o) there's vast ranges of sensitivity and size. If you're concerned outside of anything aesthetic, speak with a doctor, but there's nothing wrong with you as a person.

I had a reduction a couple years ago and can't really feel mine, at least superficially. My right one goes in as well, and as far as I know it's perfectly normal. You may have some trouble with breastfeeding, at least that's what I was told, but that's about it. They weren't very sensitive to begin with so not really being able to feel them isn't really a problem for me. You're perfectly fine.
