Haven’t listened to it yet, but I am sitting cross legged on my bed, with all of my meds, about to make up my pill box for the month. I don’t know why, but I make my pills up after the first week of the month. Maybe there’s just too much going on at the end/beginning of the month? Anyway, it is a bit of a chore for me, but I know it’s important to take care of myself this way. Having a video of yours to keep me company while I do this is such a comfort. Your videos, and a few others, help me get through some of the difficult parts of taking care of myself. I have depression, among other things, and taking care of myself takes a little more effort than it might for others. Thank you for keeping me company and helping me to calm down to rest. This is cool. You say so many things that are my thoughts exactly. And then all of your hobbies are my hobbies too except for making videos and crocheting. I used to belly dance, I love to paint, I loved to write snd still want to come back to it, I used to sew a bit and tried designing my own clothes, I find cooking creative and relaxing, I have too many notebooks, I adore Tolkien, just today I pondered the wonderful feelings of lightness and hopefulness that I always feel when the days are calm and sunny instead of grey and rough, etc pp. I was a gothic girl back in my late teens and early twenties so I relate to your faible for black and red as well even though I have changed in this regard a lot.
