My dear Doctor, I find myself returning to this video over and over again, whenever my insomnia has kept me up for days on end, and I am beyond exhausted. It’s just so extraordinary in every way. First and foremost, there is your voice; so soothing, so calming, so comforting. Maybe it’s my background in music, but for me the most powerful and potent trigger is the spoken word, particularly when it is spoken so beautifully and so hypnotically as you do here. This is another great video, I am also a bit of tie nut and really love some of the ties you've pulled out for this video. Particularly like the floral tie, it pops but it's also tasteful, like you I love my collection of red silk ties with a white or blue shirt as I am a bit of an extrovert. I had just graduated from law school and was on my way to training as a barrister when I fell in love with ties and tie colour psychology and choice for different social situations. Dark blue or pink is great for medical professionals during consultations. :-)
