Im a guy and it feels like we're supossed be more forward and confident about intimacy kind of so ive felt really behind all my friends that are all having relationships and stuff when i just havent gotten there yet i guess, and havent found the right person that i feel comfortable with. Anyways, great video :)

Boy here! 👋 I’ve watched all three of these videos and I’ve learnt a huge amount, although your audience is mostly women I just want to say on behalf of your male audience, thank you for making this series! As a guy we barely hear about these kinda topics so it’s been really eye opening for me (and I imagine for the rest of the guys who watch these too). You’ve done a great job! 👍

Absolutely agreed. It's nice to hear about these topics from a woman, and especially because Fleur is very inclusive, understanding, and thoughtful.. just really helps give me a good perspective. Although a lot of times when watching I find myself wanting to respond, wanting to open a conversation so I can agree/share my thoughts, ask a question, and open up further discussion. But it doesn't feel quite right over a keyboard and comment section. So I guess those moments will be saved for some other time

This topic means so much to me :( As someone who's had and continues to have a hard time with relationships and intimacy due to past trauma, there are times when it's hard to remind myself that I shouldn't feel ashamed about it, but these type of videos definitely ground me. It's so validating to hear other people talk about their experiences. Healing is definitely a long, tough journey, but the fact that we're all working towards it is something we should be really proud of :,) sending so much love to everyone here

Hey just a question because i never really understood people saying something like "you should want to look good for yourself but nobody else". If i were the last human on earth I would definetly shave my hair of and only wear sports clothes because it is more convenient. I still have long hair and I like it because people (not only men, just society as a whole) find it attractive. I also find it attractive myself but only because I know that others like it. So my qustion is do you really care about your looks only for yourself? How do you even know if something looks good or bad without society? Also I dont think it is bad to want to look good for others, as long as it stays "healthy" i.e. a bad hair day is not the end of the world
@jnicole5109 ай бұрын
@patlindau3755 It's not BAD to want to look good for others, but your self-worth shouldn't rely on whether other people find you attractive or not. I suppose subconsciously you will always be thinking about how others think of you, how else would you have established your own perceptions of beauty? To answer your first question, I guess all you have to know whether you yourself find yourself beautiful is just... I guess, what you find beautiful in other people 🤷♀️

I love the idea of ‘seducing yourself’ We deserve that self attention and love/care for ourselves too. To the question about one night stands- I had a one night stand once and from that experience I personally learned from it that I need a lot of emotional connection and trust to feel arousal/enjoy it. So I would encourage to go forward with your curiosities in a safe way and figure out what feels good to you. You’ll learn more about yourself and about what you like or don’t like which is cool.

I haven't had a one night stand, but I wonder if I would learn and benefit from it as you have. I'm a 23 year old male virgin, and I think there's two big reasons I haven't found a sexual partner yet. One is that I'm scared of regret, I don't want to have that experience with anyone that I don't fully admire and trust. Two is that like you, I also need an emotional connection to feel interested. It's an absolute must for me. I've had feelings in the past for women my age all the way up for 15 years older than me, and the one thing I find in common for all of them is that we shared an emotional connection through our friendship.All this being said, I do feel like I'm missing out on a crucial part of social connection and motivation by not putting myself out there for intimate relationships. I don't even know why I'm sharing this. I guess your comment just provoked some thought for me and I decided to write it out instead of just thinking it.

Weird question, I'm a male 25 years old, and my girlfriend teaches me a lot about feminism and caring about woman's rights. Maybe it will be a cool idea to start a boys & girls talk? talking about how we as men can help woman in their journey of accepting themselves for who they are, and making them feel more save and appreciated for who they are! Anyway, me and my girlfriend love your voice and content, puts us to sleep right away!

Cool to hear you and your GF enjoy ASMR together. I'm single at the moment but I wonder how my future girlfriend will react to my interest in ASMR lol. It's something I used to need every single night to fall asleep; These days I don't need it, but I enjoy listening to it. I had a crush on a girl about two years ago, and we were talking about life and the conversation drifted to the topic of sleep. I think she said something that made me think she listens to ASMR, so I asked about it. And sure enough, she did. She wasn't very deep into the niche though, so we didn't relate as hard as I'd hoped for. But it was funny and nice to open up about ASMR to someone who I was worried would judge me for it.

As a guy who just randomly stumbled upon this video and decided to listen out of curiosity, I have to say I'm strongly against one-night-stands. They're so shallow and pointless, it can be fun but also super cheap, and you never know if the type of person you're taking home is actually a decent or honest person or not, and with some people you don't know that until it's too late. If you genuinely feel in the mood to sleep with somebody you've just met, have a bit of fun and flirt and tease, but suggest meeting up some other time so you can spend time one-on-one properly and get a good feel of someone over multiple occasions rather than jumping the gun on a first impression. Build trust, build safety, get an idea of who you're with, and the sex will feel so much better and intimate.

ive always felt guilty about touching myself because i never had these discussions with my parents when i was younger were discouraged. id also like to add that i believe its because self pleasure for men is not treated nor looked upon by society as the healthy self-exploratory practice as it is seen to be for women. things like no fap and all this i think are harmful. it’s natural and healthy for men to regularly release their seed and it can be done without p0rm and under the same pretences as you mentioned here. i will some nights take a nice long bath to relax my muscles before lighting some incense and laying in my nice crisp clean sheets tabs exploring my body. alone, free of judgement or performative anxiety so yeah. a really healthy practice for men and women. cheers for the video :)

I'm not a doctor, but personally I'd recommend you stop having sex for the time being and talk to a trusted Gynecologist in your area about it. Again, I'm not a doctor but I've heard about a condition called Vaginismus that can make sex painful for women. From what I understand it is highly treatable. Even if that's not the condition you have, it sounds like you need to consult a doctor and get this taken care of! You deserve a sex life that isn't painful, prioritize the steps you need to take to get it. I also pray your boyfriend has the maturity and love to support you in this journey. Wishing you the best!

@14:08 for me, I dont like "whore" but at times, I can own being called a "slut". Thats just a personal limit which it feels good when I either praise someone or am praised for being a slut. Sometimes leaning into those stereotypes helps. Just do this with someone you trust to respect you (they make you feel on fire). That said, pretty much any name can be used in a demeaning/derogatory fashion. When this happens, that is hurtful and its valid to react as need be. Hopefully you surround yourself with people who respect your choices to be more open about your sensuality/sexuality. Building this support group up feels good (as you can talk more openly and not feel shamed for sharing your sensuality/sexuality).
@scary54559 ай бұрын
Just Google "data studies research relationship between sexual history and marriage success" and research it. Men are encouraged to do something that hinders their life success, while women are shamed for it. So the double standard actually favours women. Men should be shamed for it as well. But what's more effective than shame is knowledge. They should teach this in school sex education. For instance, it's a fact that marriages where both people are virgins have the highest success rate, i.e. they stay together the longest and till death the most. It's also a fact people with 10 or more people in their history have the highest divorce rate.
