You’ve definitely improved! Well done! ^_^ One thing you might benefit from, especially while you’re still learning, (and something I’ll still do sometimes, especially trying something I’ve not cooked before) is to go through and do all the prep work that you can do without heat before you start any cooking. This both takes almost all the time pressure off, means you’re aware of what’s coming up while you cook, and laying out the prepared ingredients also acts as a guide for yourself as you cook. It does, however, take a bit longer in general to do. It’s a bit like I imagine you’d prepare props for an ASMR video ^_^ Have to admit I feared the chilli pepper was going to end up in your eyes ahead of it happening! It’s a mistake that people quickly learn from 😅 You might also benefit from using your dominant hand to use the knife! Taking some time to properly learn kitchen knife skills is _really_ worth the time if you get the chance, both in terms of vastly reducing the chance of injury, and just plain making prep work far easier. ^_^ Thanks for sharing this, it’s really good to see you already improving, and good luck with the next one! ^_^
